All our produce has traceability. We are delighted to offer you outdoor reared Gloucester Old Spots; the pork has a sensational flavour and produces an amazing crackling from local producer here in St Albans, The Last Resort Pig Co. This is exclusive to A & C Meats.

Our lamb, which has the sweetest flavour possible, is from the Welsh mountains and our beef is from the lush hills of Aberdeenshire, plus, over the years, we have established ourselves as one of the leading game dealers in St Albans.

Our free range chickens are from Fredrick‟s in Essex and we also provide free range eggs. Our Christmas turkeys are all free range from Norfolk and you have the choice of the traditional white or the flavoursome bronze, all to order.

To meet the growing needs of our customers we also stock a wide variety of goods, such as organic apple juice from Cambridgeshire, deli products, and all manner of goose fats, drippings and stuffing’s.

Carl and his team prepare all the meat by hand. The entire range is ordered on a daily basis to guarantee freshness and the very best quality available. We pride ourselves on the tasty selection of juicy handmade sausage‟s we produce, this along with our total dedication to getting it right has won us the Review Food & Drink retail 2008, 2009 and 2011 as voted by the public.
